Found a result you do not trust, need a development the tools do not cover yet, or want drawings or cut files made (see drawings and DXF)? An email address and a plain message are enough.

Reporting a wrong result
- Name the tool and paste the inputs exactly as you entered them, with the units.
- Say which number or line is wrong and what you expected instead — and how you know.
- A screenshot or the exported DXF helps; attach it below.
- The report is reproduced first. If the tool is wrong, a test that fails on your case is written before the fix, and the fix ships with it.
Requesting a tool
- Which shape or development you redraw by hand, and how you lay it out today.
- Which dimensions you are given on the drawing, and what has to come out.
- Requests decide what gets built next. Nothing you send is shared or published — see privacy.
What happens to your files
- Files are used only to review your enquiry.
- They are not published, and not shared with third parties.
- Uploads are stored on a private server, outside the public web directory.
- Submissions and attachments are deleted after 90 days, unless they are still needed for an active project or by law.
- You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner, at any time.
